Come join the SWOAFP on 4/19/23, as we explore the incredible impact that 3CDC has had on the economic revitalization of the downtown and OTR areas of Cincinnati.
At this meeting, Adam Gelter (EVP of Real Estate) will give an overview of 3CDC’s mission and purpose, its funding sources, the board make-up, the revitalization and transformations of the CBD (Cincinnati Business District) and OTR, and updates on several future development projects.
After the financial presentation, Adam will lead the attendees on a tour of several 3CDC redevelopment projects in the OTR district. At the end of the tour (around ~5.30pm), everyone is invited to continue the conversation at the Alcove, MadTree's newest facility at 1410 Vine St. Each attendee will be given tickets for 2 complimentary beverages!
Adam Gelter joined the 3CDC team as an Intern in 2005. He later assumed the position of Development Manager, and in 2011 was promoted to EVP of Development. In his current role, Gelter leads the Development team, with the main priority of defining strategies and implementation plans for underutilized real estate within Cincinnati’s center city. Gelter plays an important role in all of 3CDC’s developmental endeavors.
Most recently, Adam oversaw the development of the $92 million Court & Walnut project, an 18-story mixed-use development that includes the new 45,000 square-foot 'Kroger On the Rhine' grocery store, a 560-space parking garage, and 139 residential units.
Prior to joining the 3CDC team, Gelter received his Bachelor of Science in Community Development from Vanderbilt University, and a Masters in Community Planning, with an Economic Development concentration, from the University of Cincinnati.
