The SWOAFP is pleased to announce that our next monthly event will be at the Milacron plant in Batavia, OH. Come join us for a plant tour and to learn how Milacron and Hillenbrand are shaping What Matters for Tomorrow (TM)!
Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry. They are the only global company with a full-line product portfolio that includes injection molding and extrusion equipment.
Milacron traces its roots back to 1860, when the Cincinnati Screw Shop was opened, and by 1926, the company was the biggest machine tool builder in the US. Milacron was acquired by Hillenbrand, Inc. in Nov. 2019.
*** PLEASE NOTE: Milacron is subject to strict Export Control regulations and all visitors must complete the attached Visitor Release form in order to tour the facility. We are also required to provide a Photo Release Agreements in order to allow photos to be posted to websites and social media. To expedite the admission process, please bring the signed and completed forms with you at arrival. However, we will have extra forms to complete on site if needed.
****All attendees must have closed-toe shoes to participate in the plant tour.
