Come join us to discuss receivables and the current landscape: How AI and technology can play a key role in receiving and posting payments. 

Susan West is a Senior Product Manager for Managed Receivables at Fifth Third Bank.  She started her career as an accountant and over 17 years held various roles at a Fortune 500 company including implementing projects for Cash Application and Procure to Pay.  She has a Six Sigma Blackbelt and loves to improve processes, especially in receivables.  Susan earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Cincinnati.  In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and being with her family.
