Join us for dinner at the Montgomery Inn and a panel discussion with Treasurers from varying industry sectors.  These finance leaders will address timely topics of concern to the finance community and provide insight on their organizations' approach to those challenges. 

Steve Skerl (General Cable), Mary Fetch (Multi-Color) and Vito Giannola (Luxottica) will provide their unique perspectives and lead discussion.

Topics to be addressed include dealing with regulatory issues, managing healthcare reform, investing, capital requirements, and financial risk. 

This is a unique opportunity to discuss current issues with senior treasury professionals, so please come ready with your questions!


Vito Giannola is the VP & Treasurer of Luxottica N.A.. He is responsible for overseeing all treasury matters for Luxottica’s North American retail and wholesale operations.  Since joining the company in 1986 Vito has held various financial rolls.  Vito holds a BBA Degree in Accounting from Pace University.

Mary T. Fetch joined Multi-Color Corporation as Treasurer in 2005. She was appointed V.P. Corporate Controller and Treasurer in July, 2010. Prior to joining Multi-Color, Ms. Fetch held various treasury positions with Hillenbrand Industries, Cincinnati Machine and Milacron Inc.  Ms. Fetch started her career at Arthur Andersen where she earned her CPA.  She holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University and an MBA from Xavier University. 

Steve Skerl is currently the Treasurer, North America for General Cable headquartered in Highland Heights, KY.  General Cable is the largest wire and cable company in North America and with 14,000 associates on six continents the third largest in the world, with 57 manufacturing facilities in 26 countries, and hold increasing share in both established and emerging markets.  Prior to General Cable, Steve was Vice President and Treasurer at Contech engineered Solutions LLC and Vice President and Treasurer at Day International, Inc.  Steve holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a BS from Marquette University and has authored numerous articles on treasury and risk management topics to domestic and global cash management. Steve is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
