We are honored to welcome speakers Gavin Waugh, Vice President/Assistant Treasurer of Wendy's Corporation, and Jamie Landheer, Senior Vice President/Director of Relationship Management at Vantiv will cover recent trends in payment card processing and PCI compliance.  It will be a panel discussion format in which questions are prepared ahead of time and provided to the speakers.  We will take open questions from the members as well.

About the speakers:


Gavin Waugh is the Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for The Wendy’s Company, operator and franchisor of the Wendy’s® restaurant brand.He is responsible for capital market activities, cash management operations, and tender type card programs. He serves on several Treasury advisory committees including the AFP Payments Advisory Group, and is a regular presenter at Treasury conferences. Waugh, a 15-year Treasury veteran, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of South Africa, an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).


Jamie Landheer serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Client Relations for Vantiv and has been with the company since 1995. She is responsible for proactive monitoring and support of the existing National, Regional and Retail portfolios as well as developing future payment strategies.  Her previous roles within the organization include Merchant Conversions, Merchant Relationship Management, and Industry Specialization of the supermarket segment.  Jamie has partnered with many of Vantiv’s National Merchant Partners to begin accepting PIN-based Debit for the first time and has also worked with the Debit networks in an effort to help them understand the merchant perspective on debit acceptance.
