Constance A. Bentzen, Director, is a member of BlackRock's Global Client Group. She is responsible for developing investment management opportunities with institutional clients including corporations, insurance companies and financial institutions.  Prior to joining BlackRock in 1999, she was with PNC Financial Services Group (formerly PNC Bank) in Pittsburgh, PA. Ms. Bentzen has extensive experience in corporate banking, including international and domestic assignments (Paris, France and Los Angeles, CA).  She has held supervisory responsibilities within PNC's Credit Policy Division, and has over fifteen years of relationship management experience for both middle and large corporate customers. Most recently, prior to joining BlackRock she was the Retail Segment Manager for PNC's Treasury Management Division.

Ms. Bentzen is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and is a Certified Treasury Professional (C.T.P.). In addition, she is an adjunct professor of International Business at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA. Ms. Bentzen earned a BA degree from Trinity College in 1974 and an MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1978.
