When we think about cash flow, we tend to think that it flows, but not why it flows. However, it’s the whys that ultimately form the basis of good versus bad overall cash flow performance. In this presentation, Reginald Tomas Lee will introduce the idea of Business Domain Management to create clarity regarding the whys, and will show how finance can align with operations to improve the decision making that leads to greater cash flow profit. The tools will also help justify investments and demonstrate how additional capital into the company can be used to improve cash profit performance.

Reginald Tomas Lee, PhD, is an author, international and TEDx speaker, and corporate advisor in the areas of cash flow profit and operational effectiveness. He is the author of three books, including his latest, Lies, Damned Lies, and Cost Accounting, over 40 articles and white papers, and was a feature writer for the Journal of Corporate Accounting & Finance. Reginald has advised many major companies, including as Bristol Myers Squibb, Burger King, Dell, Disney, DuPont, Home Depot, Lockheed-Martin, and Toyota.
Reginald has a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton.
