Speaker Patrick F Galla, President, Enroller Resource Center, will be discussing CLASS (Community Living Assistance Services and Supports Act), its requirements under recent federal Health Care Reform legislation, its potential impact on employers, and what your organization needs to do to be ready for its imminent implementation.

Patrick (Pat) Galla has worked in the field of insurance and securities since 1982.  He owns two businesses -- The Benefit Store which offers employee benefit packages (health, life, dental, disability, long-term care insurance, cancer, critical illness, etc) and the Enroller Resource Center (ERC) a national network of 1500 agents who are contracted to communicate benefits at the worksite.  Pat has spoken at numerous benefits conferences regarding worksite communication issues.  He has also conducted long-term care insurance educational sessions at Duke University, Ralston-Purina, Continental Tire, Spectrum Healthcare, Nationwide Insurance, Lucent Technologies, Prince William County VA, Citigroup, Drexel University, MCI, UPS, Omni Hotels, GAP, State of New Mexico, State of Maryland, Spectrum Health, Questar, Wolfe Creek Nuclear Plant, Perdue Foods, American Board of Internal Med, Charles Schwab, and the Mormon Church.  He will be speaking at Spring Benefits Renaissance conference in Atlantic City 2011 and was featured in the November 2010 issue of Benefit Selling magazine.
